PERFORMANCE PROJECT FAQs

Who is the Performance Project for?
YOU!!!! – as long as you’re between the ages of 14 and 19.
No experience is necessary.
(If you’re a seasoned performer, you won’t be disappointed – we’ve got some top experts coming!)

What happens?
3:45
– doors open – you can grab a free snack at the café, hang, play pool.
4:30 – we play a couple of theatre games to get to know each other. Followed by a fab workshop in some aspect of performance.

Can I just come to one or two workshops?
Yes! Drop into any of our workshops – or come to them all – you’ll always be welcome.

Do I need to register?
Nope. You don’t need to sign up – just rock up! Don’t be shy – we’re very nice.
There’s a form to fill in when you get here.

Wednesday, June 17 – Rehearsal for performance (optional) or set-design
Wednesday, June 24 – Rehearsal for performance (optional) or set-building

Anything Else I need to know?
YES! We are committed to making everyone feel safe and welcome.
So… remember to respect and encourage everyone as individuals regardless of ability, appearance, gender, religion, weird flares, etc.
And of course – zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs, and dangerous things. (But you can hold hands … and singing, even badly, is encouraged.)
